Migrants Mass in London (6 May at 11am in Westminster Cathedral)

Diocese of Westminster logoDiverse communities from across London will come together to pray in solidarity with migrants at the annual Migrants Mass that has been organised by the Dioceses of Westminster, Southwark and Brentwood.

London is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, home to migrant communities who have come to seek shelter from oppression and to improve their situation.

This year’s Mass is in honour of St. Joseph the Worker and will be at 11am on Monday 6 May (Bank Holiday Monday) in Westminster Cathedral with Archbishop Vincent Nichols as the principal celebrant. It will be preceded at 10.30am by a Banner Procession with representatives from London’s diverse communities, occupations and civic organisations.
